    Roughly how big

    Paces will do. Length by width in metres, and say if it is more than one room; the difference between 40 m² and 400 m² changes the system, not just the price.

    What the floor is now

    Bare concrete, tiles, old paint, a failed epoxy, or a screed you have never seen under. If you do not know, say you do not know. It is the survey question either way.

  3. 03

    What it has to survive

    Cars, forklifts, a deep fryer, bare feet, a health inspection. The room decides the system far more often than the budget does.
