Epoxy flooring quote · Nairobi & Kenya

Tell us about the floor.

Six questions about the slab and the space, then your details. You will see the scope build itself beside the form as you answer (the grind, the primer, the coats), so you know exactly what is being priced before you send it.

You hear back one working dayPriced after the survey

What happens after you send it

  1. Somebody who lays floors reads it

Not a call centre and not an auto-reply. The scope you watched build is read against what you said the floor has to survive, which is the answer that moves a specification more than anything else on the form.

  2. You hear back inside one working day

With the system your room points at, the build-up it needs, and either a date for the survey or the questions we still need answered before one is worth making.

  3. The survey settles the number

Three humidity probes go into the slab at 40 % of its depth and stay in for 72 hours. Nothing is specified or priced until they come out, because the slab is the one thing that cannot be read off a form.

  4. A written quote, itemised

Priced against the published rate, with the grind, the primer, the coats and any slab repair shown as their own lines rather than folded into one figure.

What it is priced against

  • From KSh 4,000 a square metre, supply and lay, VAT exclusive.
  • Slab repair, coving, falls and anti-slip quoted as separate lines.
  • No charge for the survey or the quote, whichever way you go.

The rate is published before you fill anything in, so you can price the job roughly before you talk to us. What a resin floor costs
